What do I fuse to get a Legendary monster.

as far as I know, all these legendary monsters are from events. there is no way to get it by fusing.

I think you can...after several fusion time with the same fire monster...i saw a legendary in preview ... but i dont think that gree allowed us to fuse the higher level legendary
